the participant.
The balance must be paid at least two weeks before the first day of class. by credit card (except American Express) or by bank order (please don't forget to send us the copy of bank order).
For last minute bookings, the whole amount of the course has to be paid
• As soon as we receive
your registration form (on Internet) and your account, we will send confirmation
and information about accommodation during your stay.
• You have to subscribe a personal liability insurance, accident and illness
coverage and send a copy to ILP.
Cancellation
policy
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to start of course: the
deposit is refunded less registration fees.
• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to start of course: the deposit is not
refunded.
• Payment for the entire course is due by participants having started a course. Participants will not be refunded if and when they drop out of a course or if classes are not attended regularly. In the event of circumstances outside your control (proven sickness, demise of a parent or close relative…) credit will be granted for up to one year.
When only a very small number of participants have registered for a given
course (6 par class), ILP reserves the right to reduce the number of tuition
hours.
